We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The house has a kitchen with all the domestics needed, a common area with a pool and barbecue grill , bedroom with air condicioner and a living room with a double bed. It still has the hosts living at the same area, guaranteeing all the necessary support during the lodging time. Excelent house for friends and small families to enjoy the city.

The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
