Beautiful idyllic vacation home on 3000 sqm of land Lots of hiking and biking trails offer all kinds of possibilities. In addition, there are a number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails available in winter. By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

The ground floor apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the Konrad-Zuse town of Hünfeld. It is located 500m to an outdoor swimming pool and 400m to the recreation park Haselsee. The city centre of Hünfeld with its cafes, shopping and restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot through the Bürgerpark. The nearby Rhön with its biosphere reserve as well as the ski and toboggan arena at the Wasserkuppe can be reached in about 35 minutes. To Fulda you can reach in about 15 minutes by car.

Our apartment on the lake pond is characterized by the walking distance to Hünfeld city center with good infrastructure. This includes numerous shopping opportunities. The immediate proximity to the Hünfelder leisure activities such as the Haselsee, the outdoor swimming pool, the Bürgerpark, the tennis facilities as well as the indoor swimming pool, etc. make your stay a relaxation. The historic baroque town of Fulda, as well as the Hessian Kegelspiel and the Hochrhön are worth exploring at 10-30 km.

A historical clay house renovated with natural materials with modern comfort and heating in Tann sourrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also fireplace available. Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. Look forward to a relaxing break from everyday life in the countryside. We have chickens and goats on our small farm. Located in the middle of the Vorderröhn, near the Hessian Kegelspiel, the place offers the possibility of many excursions, e.g. to the Wasserkuppe, the Rotes and Schwarzes Moor, as well as a city trip to Fulda. For bike trips, we recommend the Hessian Kegelspiel cycle path. Staying with us in a motorhome is also possible.

I rent a room in the historic half-timbered house in Friedewald, about 12 km from the spa and festival town of Bad Hersfeld. In the immediate vicinity of the A4, the accommodation is still quietly located. In addition to the room with a double bed, there is a small bathroom and a mini-kitchen with 2 hotplates (no oven), a fridge (no freezer compartment), coffee maker, kettle and dishes. Outdoor seating is available.
