In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

You will stay in the 14th part of the former home of the Abbesses' Seneschal of Justice. This independent apartment, completely restored by an architect, combines the charm of a historic building with contemporary comfort. From your private terrace, you can watch the sunsets over the abbey. You are located 20 m from the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud and its museum, as well as all the shops and restaurants in the village. The banks of the Loire are a 5-minute drive away.

Our small family (Fanny, Nicolas, Jonas and Antonin) will be happy to welcome you to our very comfortable tuffeau house, located 10 minutes' walk from the majestic royal abbey, in the heart of the historic village and close to the shops and restaurants of the village's cobbled square, all in the heart of the Loire Valley, in complete tranquility. The place is good for couples, families (with kids), businesses, artisans, and artists.

Fully renovated house with 3 large bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 single bed) There is a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 others upstairs, a bathroom and separate toilet. A seating area with TV and Netflix as well as satellite channel, and its fitted kitchen. Outside large terrace of about 80 m2 and small sheltered cocooning area on a plot of 493 m2 with parking spaces. I offer linen and towels included in the price.

Located close to Saumur and in the heart of our vineyard, our house offers you a unique break to enjoy the surrounding nature and discover our Langlois bubbles. A stone's throw from the accommodation, we will welcome you to our shop for a guided tour and a tasting of our Crémants de Loire and our wines. A bike deposit is also available (€10 per day). Saumur city centre is 5 minutes' drive from the accommodation.
