The listed house was converted into a very special holiday property with 5 apartments (fully equipped incl. kitchen & bathroom) and an additional common room. You can expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn of the century, in harmony with the most modern furnishings.

The apartment is nicely spacious and airy. Thanks to the many windows, it is not only when the sun is flooded with light and friendly, but also cuddly due to the wood stove. One bedroom is slightly larger and has a great flair – matching the Elbe Sandstone Mountains – thanks to an exposed old sandstone wall. The other one is wonderfully light. In both bedrooms there are reading lamps. The dove blue and white tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.

A cozy 70 sqm attic apartment above the rooftops of Sebnitz, the silk flower city, awaits you. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the newly furnished kitchen you will find a Miele dishwasher and even a Siemens washer-dryer next to the induction stove. You park your car directly in the free private parking space behind the house. 2 charging stations for your Tesla are next door.

Mountain farm with a breathtaking view

We live in Saxon Switzerland National Park on a 200-year-old farm in Bielatal. The farm is located at an altitude of 400 meters. From here you have a magnificent view of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. We lovingly converted the middle part of the old cowshed with the hayloft into the apartment. It is part of the large restored 4-sided farm.
