It is cared for in every little detail, equipped with wooden floors, handcrafted furniture, elegant kitchen-living room equipped with large sofa bed, TV48, WIFI, DAB radio, XL bathroom/shower with romantic lights, bedroom with ergonomic Boxspring mattresses and TV, panoramic balcony-lounge of approx. 15m², parking space in garage and cellar.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die schöne gemütliche Studio-Wohnung befindet sich in nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt Sterzing und von der Bahnstation entfernt. In unserem Apartment können bis 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind übernachten. Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

The newly renovated apartment, flooded with sunlight, is located on the second and last floor of the house in a quiet side street to Untertorplatz, the entrance to the historic town centre of Sterzing/Vipiteno. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

The surrounding area invites you to take relaxing walks in the beautiful South Tyrolean mountain landscape. The modern apartment "Lichtung Woldererhof Auszeit" awaits its guests in the three-valley community of Ratschings, where hospitality and tradition are lived. The cosy "Ferienwohnung Innerwalten 100" is located in Walten (Valtina), a small and very idyllic mountain village at 1.300 m, which belongs to the village St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The generous holiday flat offers place for 8 persons. The charming apartment has a large living-sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 persons each. There is also 1 separate double bed room and a small cooking area with 2 stoves and a fridge.

Pure relaxation on the edge of the forest of Ratschings. Enjoy the perfect vacation in the luxurious chalet (10 km away from the motorway exit Sterzing) and 2.5 km away from the Ratschings-Jaufen ski and hiking area. Beautifully furnished in South Tyrolean wood with everything your heart desires: 2 bedrooms with king size bed and private bathroom, large living room with kitchen and open fireplace for romantic winter evenings and a private jacuzzi on the terrace.

The cosy holiday apartment "BlasigSuite Blasighof" is located in Racines/Ratschings and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 136 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. There are two additional beds that can be positioned as desired by the guests in one of the rooms.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
