The villa is very well located in the heart of Pattaya, just 1.5km from the beach and Walking Street, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful beaches and bustling Walking Street. Also, there is a 7-Eleven supermarket near the villa, just 300m away, convenient for your daily needs.

The house, which is very well-equipped, is located in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area is a reception where you pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.
