We had a unforgettable weekend at Kathryn's home with good friends! The pool, the barn, the privacy and the surroundings were spectacular! I already recommended the home to mu family because it does feel like home 🏡

This is our second time staying here at the cottage and we love it. It’s close to our family, close to town and things to do, and the house is perfect for what we need during our stay. The hosts are consistently super responsive, kind, and helpful.

Our stay was great! We came for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was beautiful and the landscaping was gorgeous! We had plenty of space. You felt right at home. We had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

Helen’s place is absolutely beautiful! We felt right at home. The beds were very comfy! We loved the fire pit located on the back patio. We visited our son who is at PSU and made sure we had him over for dinner each night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed! Helen was always in communication with us if we needed to reach out. We will definitely be back! Thank you Helen! 😊

Kathryn’s home was perfectly secluded and had everything we needed for our stay while visiting family from out of town. We had originally booked a different air bnb and there were issues. Upon reaching out to Kathryn she repo drs very quickly letting us know her rental was available and we were able to check in within 15 minutes of booking. It was after 7pm so I was so happy with her quick reply. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the home was well decorated. The hot tub was a great addition to have available after being out all day. We plan on staying here again when we visit.

It is the biggest relief when the pictures and description matches the listing. This home not only was exactly to the pictures and description, it felt like you got more than you hoped for. Absolutely beautifully remodeled and plenty of space for your family or multiple families. CLEAN! Beautiful views, and the deer every morning were a bonus. We look forward to coming back next year and bring more family with us. Thank you, you have a beautiful home and we feel blessed to have enjoyed it.

Lovely, unique place. We were a group of 6-8 and we had no issues with space. The place had all the amenities you would want. Superb spot, would stay again.

I was with 2 other men on a couple day fishing trip around the area. The place was perfect for 3 guys. 2 used the bedroom, and I slept on an air mattress that I brought on the floor downstairs. The location was perfect for our fishing trip. The Keurig and well stocked k-cups were well used! Overall the house was clean and the bidet was the real deal. I have done a lot of travel in Asia so was familiar with them, but it was a novel experience for the other folks and they are now sold :)

I stayed with my two sons - both Pennstate students - for 5 days and we really enjoyed it. The Veranda with a view to the river was perfect, we used the ping pong table in the basement almost every day. We will definitely come back.

Den and Sandpiper Homestays did a great job communicating all the needed info for our visit. Everything went smoothly and we would be happy to do business again.

We love staying at this location. It is our third visit! Nadene's place is always clean and comfortable. We enjoy the big back yard for our dog and we love the comfy beds and showers. So far, it is our favorite place to stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Veronica's place during our visit to the Middle School State Championship Basketball Tournament. The AirBnB worked out perfectly - set up and comfortable enough for a great experience, but rugged enough to house a team of respectful teenage basketball players. The boys had a blast shooting pool, watching March Madness on the big screen, having a hot sauce eating contest purchased at Bass Pro Shops, relaxing in the hot tub, and spending the night around a campfire. Great spot and terrific hosts.

Very beautiful place, easy to relax and get away. Keppy and Ron were great hosts, I appreciated the homemade peanut butter cookies!

Antoinette's place was fully stocked and equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and quiet neighborhood. There were a few board/card games and we ended up getting hooked on Skip Bo! Snacks and candy were a nice touch! Great place, great stay.

Betty’s place is in a perfect location to visit my son who’s a student at PSU. We were within walking distance to local pubs and starting our day having breakfast on the front porch was awesome. Great neighborhood! We’ll be back!

Attractive place; very clean; quiet despite being right on the road. Liked the wood paneling throughout. So nice to be TV-free for a weekend! Will definitely come back.

The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. Easy to get to and from and on a very low traffic street. Unfortunately, we were in town because my daughter had to have knee surgery but the single floor layout with no steps made it easy for her to get around. Definitely would stay there again hopefully for a better occasion.

One of the best air b n b experiences we have had. Clean and comfy stay.
