A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Charming studio in the heart of nature

A bubble of calm in the middle of the Purple Perigord. The studio, with a separate entrance, is soothing and quiet, and is bathed in light. In the morning, the birds of the nearby forest will greet you. From the terrace, you can admire our 100-year-old walnut tree or watch our permaculture vegetable garden grow. The pool is shared but its generous dimensions (14 x 7 m) allow it! From the bathtub in the bathroom, you can contemplate the majestic oaks of the forest.

Located in a green setting at the edge of a wood and fields, you can stroll through the seasons both inside and outside of Belmaro. You can discover the hiking trails of the Route des Moulins via a private access... and discover what is called in Périgord Pourpre our little Tuscany by visiting Issigeac, Bergerac and Eymet. We are located 15 minutes from Bergerac airport and 1 hour 40 minutes from Bordeaux and 5 minutes from the castles of Monbazillac and Bridoire.
