Tranquility assured with the forest that surrounds us, the view from your terrace on nature and the shared pool to disconnect. We live on site and we will be delighted to share our vegetable garden and our eggs with you, if you wish. Totally autonomous, you have an independent entrance and a private terrace. 3 minutes from the village shops and 15 minutes from Périgueux by car.

This peaceful establishment offers a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. Not overlooked in an isolated, quiet setting as well as an enclosed garden. The house has a carport, 3 bedrooms with TV (Netflix), a bathroom with toilet and a second separate toilet. An equipped kitchen, a living room with a large 160 cm TV with Netflix and Molotov available. Close to all amenities, lots of nearby walks, a unique market that stretches throughout the city center.

Independent studio

The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

Very nice 2 rooms, independent entrance from the parking lot and terrace in the back. With 3 beds for up to 5 people, living room with bunk bed, new mattresses, 140 at the bottom, 90 at the top and a bedroom with a new 140 bed. Two fans. Has all linens, Wi-Fi and a keybox, for self check-in. Large private parking lot and a space reserved for this accommodation, large van possible. Quiet, close to nature, 100 m from the greenway and its 86 km of bike paths.

Beautiful comfortable cottage, jacuzzi, Brantôme

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Private accommodation of 75 m2 upstairs, on a large fenced garden. Located in the center of Razac, shops within walking distance (bar, tobacco, restaurants, bakery, SNCF train station), 5 min drive from the shopping area. Equipped with 2 TVs. A swimming pool is available from the beginning of June to the end of September because it is not heated, as well as a large garden with parking space to park your vehicle. Ideally located in the heart of Périgord.

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house called La Cuisine d'Alice, is an old barn converted into a luxurious house. It is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It is the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region.

The conference cottage is located in our beautiful charming house in Bergerac. In a warm atmosphere combining all the charms of the buildings of yesteryear as well as the most modern amenities, you can enjoy the 80 m² of this apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Let yourself be seduced by this antique house built in 1736 by a city trader and enjoy this ground floor apartment formerly used to store the best wines of Bergerac.

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

Very functional small studio.

Nice little studio with its kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave and fridge with everything you need to cook. A Dolce Gusto is available to enjoy your coffee as well as a bar table with stools. The bed folds away to access the sofa during the day. You can watch TV and enjoy a Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom equipped with its shower and toilet, although small, is organized so that it is as functional as possible.
