Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with dogs. We do also have a dog fee.

Rayburns Farmhouse Hocking Hills

The Rayburns Farmhouse is a charming country home conveniently located right off of 93N in the heart of Hocking Hills. Built in the 1920s, this older home is the perfect size for a couple or family looking to explore the Hocking Hills area or for some simple R&R. Rayburns Farmhouse has the country feel you are looking for but just 8 minutes from downtown Logan and restaurants/stores. Hocking Hills State Park is about 25 minutes from the house. "Salvaged in Ohio", this extraordinary cabin is located in the quaint village of Rushville, Ohio. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown events are in nearby Lancaster. Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Featured in the 1991 Fine Home Building magazine, the Kennedy Cabin is built with 90% salvaged local materials. Note: This property is smoke free, no smoking.

Buckeye Lake Retreat

A great place for families and fishermen Beautiful home right on the channel and direct access to the lake. Excellent for fishing, catching catfish right from the dock. It's an excellent place to relax and unwind. Fish directly off the dock or use the Kayaks included to explore the lake. We have an extra-long dock that can accommodate your boat(s). Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.

It doesn't stop there though, the pool house is the gem of this property!

The Lookout at Buckeye Lake

Welcome to The Lookout at Buckeye Lake! We stumbled upon this cozy cottage in the summer of 2018 and spent the next 12 months renovating the dream Buckeye Lake getaway. Our first project was an off-grid cabin featured on DIY Network’s Building Off The Grid. We took inspiration from that design to transform The Lookout into the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake. Located just 3 miles off I70, and walking distance to neighborhood favorite Papa Boos.
