By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

At the gates of Queyras, Vars, Risoul, and Embrunais, its geographical location will give you access to an unlimited playground in summer and winter.

Your studio will give you access to the swimming pool (depending on the period) as well as a petanque court, barbecue, picnic table, etc... The entire outdoor area is shared. it is equipped with all the necessities of a furnished apartment as well as an outdoor space. For your meals, you will find several restaurants nearby. New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
