Fantastic outdoor area with a beautiful view of the kiosk, barbecue and everything that is necessary for good moments of leisure and rest, and an indoor area with all the comfort you need. IMPORTANT The house accommodates up to 15 people in total, without guests. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the check-in and check-out times more flexible.

On our sidewalk we have 2 renowned restaurants-Bar and 1 cafeteria Bike Itaú, beautiful square with playground for children and pets. There is NO garage, but all streets here are free and safe, with traffic and security cameras
