The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Vacation home in Gelsenkirchen on a farm

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

The living room is open plan on the 2nd floor. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining area, a sofa, two bedrooms each with a bed and two single beds (extra beds). A bathroom with shower and tub as well as a sink and toilet is available. The apartment is about 300 meters from the cultural center (VHS) Herne and about 500 meters from the city center of Herner. A supermarket and a bakery are right behind the house.

Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.

We offer two fully furnished, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90cmx200cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower room with toilet. Ruhr University, the German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), and the BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.
