Superbly located on the outskirts of the district of Sythen, which has a train station from which you can reach the beautiful Münster and Essen in less than 30 minutes. And is a perfect starting point for bike tours, water sports, aviation, hiking and horseback riding, other leisure activities and cultural activities.

The Studio is renovated and furnished incl. free internet and a tiny fully equipped kitchen and a bath room.
