It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

"Ty-Ni" is situated in the idyllic township of Laugharne on the Carmarthen Bay Estuary, a good base for visiting Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire, in South West Wales. Laugharne hosts the poet Dylan Thomas's Boat House and writing shed where he wrote some of his works including "Under Milkwood". Ideally located to explore the Coastal Path for stunning scenic walks, and close to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narberth & further a field St David's, Pembroke, the West Coast.

Tucked away in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park we have a very cosy hand crafted cottage on our working smallholding. Adjacent to National Trust woodland and within easy walking distance to Colby Woodland Gardens and Amroth with its fabulous beach, village pubs, cafes and shop the cottage is perfect for beach goers, nature lovers and walkers.
