1 km from Clifton Hill this clean renovated space is a great base for enjoying Niagara Falls. This reasonably priced, non smoking basement apartment is NOT suitable for loud entertaining or parties. Although we do strictly screen our guests this apartment is below another Airbnb and being in an older home noise can travel, white noise machine supplied for your comfort. Not suited to light sleepers, young children and larger/tall guests. Separate entrance, no shared space. Located in Canada
