There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

You have a separate entrance (photo) in the detached house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious living apartment with kitchen incl. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby cot and a high chair are available. The apartment is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). Baker is nearby. You can park on the property free of charge, directly in front of the entrance door.

From the roof terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake and can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The apartment is located on the north shore of Lake Hain (a 2-minute walk away) in Leipzig's Neuseenland area, just a 20-minute drive from Leipzig.

The HOCHwasser holiday home is a unique retreat with a breathtaking 360° view over the lake and the fields. Unwind in the sauna or on the sheltered patio, which features a fire pit, barbecue and lounge furniture. Below: bedroom, bathroom and sauna. On the 1st floor, there is a kitchen with a large dining table and a suspended sleeping bunk. Up on the top floor, there is a cosy lounge area with a large sofa, a TV, Bluetooth sound and a mirror ball – perfect for special evenings.

This place is available from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cottage is right on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we have 1 dog ourselves, which runs freely on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through the forest and field.

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

Da auch ein Pferde-Paddock an den Garten angrenzt, sind Hunde auf dem Gelände grundsätzlich an der Leine zu führen.
