Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. Located in the middle of the old town of Thun and yet quiet. Breakfast is not included in the price. However, you can have breakfast in the restaurant Karussell which is located on the first floor of the building for CHF 14.00 per person. The opening hours are on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:30 & on weekends from 10:00 to 16:00. You can also take the breakfast "Take Away" to your room.
