This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

The authentic charm, countryside, garden, outdoor hot tub and private pool (under video protection) will rejuvenate you in a soothing setting (hot tub and pool from May 15th, weather permitting). The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden with its traditional French cuisine.

The 34m² apartment has just been renovated and has an equipped kitchen, a bedroom / living room, and a bathroom and a remote-controlled ethanol fireplace. You can park for free in the yard
