Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Affordable accomodation only an hour away from Dresden and Leipzig. The apartment is located near the centre of Meerane. The apartment itself is fully furnished, and has all the amenities for cooking, eating and staying overnight. The covered patio awaits smokers and non-smokers alike for a breath of fresh air amid a lush garden. A perfect apartment for business trips, or for wandering around in the area. Please note that the patio and the laundry rooms are shared areas.

The flat includes a large kitchen, fully equipped with a hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery. The cosy living/bedroom is equipped with a TV, a sofa bed and a bed. In the bedroom, there are two single beds, chests of drawers and a wardrobe.
