Apart from the bedroom and enclosed bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining area form the same space.

It is a 5-minute walk to the square and the Sainte-Anne metro station, and 10 minutes to the parliament.

The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.
