Cottage holiday rentals in Requena-Utiel

We've been staying with friends and everything's great. The house was very clean and equipped, with everything you need to or leave. We had some cold beers waiting in the fridge and some snacks on arrival. They also prepared firewood and everything you need for the barbecue. The hosts are very friendly and approachable at all times. The house very close to Albacete capital and good road. We loved it, I'm sure we'll repeat it! Super recommended.

Very good stay. The house in very good condition, myy clean and with everything you need. Espe is very helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend it.

Ideal location to disconnect from the city a few days. Being able to open the door of the house and go for a walk with the loose dog has been what we liked the most. The house is huge, all rooms have their own bathroom (great if you go with more people). The kitchen and the paellero all equipped so you don't have to bring anything from home. We had the heating programmed every day to sleep well warm, that was a detail. To put a hit, the bed is from docks and we personally don't like it very much.

The house is beautiful, just as in the photos. It was designed with every detail in mind, and with good taste. The hosts were very responsive regarding any questions we had. We enjoyed exploring the town, going to the quesería and a bodega. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to explore the area.

The house is old but well preserved. Removing from the WiFi and excess stairs if you go with a baby, the rest is fine. Close to downtown Jerica and equipped with everything you'll need. 100% recommended

Fabulous experience at Gonzalo's place. It is a quiet cottage, with large outdoor and interior space ideal for disconnecting from the stress of cities. You go for a walk and a few 200 meters and you cross with some deer. Gonzalo and his family have been super attentive and friendly in all phases of the reservation. Flexibility both upon arrival and departure. we were with children and they have passed it pipa, like the adults. Let's repeat.

The house is simply wonderful. It's even prettier than the photos, and has details that make it unique. It has everything you need (and more) to be comfortable. What about the patio with pool , or the jacuzzi, wanting to repeat!!!. Also if you like the mountain, you have a lot of great things to see nearby. And in particular, highlighting the treatment and facilities of the owners. That they were pending at all times, with wonderful details, and that they transmitted love to the inheritance of the house, which you can see is totally restored with passion and love.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Encarna was easy to communicate with. We loved being able to walk thru the countryside just outside of town and the proximity to Requena.

Masia is a nice and quiet place for exploring the hinterland. Beautiful walking tours. The house was clean, spacious and modern furnished. The communication was quick and consistent Maria and her husband was very helpful to us. Thanks again for this.

Lovely finished place and peaceful location

We had such a great time at Carolina's place, we didn't want to leave. We were very comfortable (and warm!) during our winter stay here with our two dogs. The house was spotlessly clean, everything you could need is available. The house is all on one level with a lovely garden and lots of comfortable, sunny areas to sit outside. It is in a very private and quiet location at the end of a street. Very nice walks directly from the house. A 30/40min drive into Valencia (very easy drive). Great internet speed was also a bonus as we were on a working holiday. Carolina was a fantastic host, always available to help when we needed it. We would love to return!

The accommodation is wonderful. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is located in a small village. Perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature. And as for the hosts, amazing. They've had a lot of details for our kids and our family. More than grateful for making it possible for us to spend some wonderful days in your home. We look forward to coming back again.

The house is beautiful, very well equipped and with everything you need for an incredible stay: a barbecue, a spacious and cozy porch, comfortable spaces and a spectacular setting. You can tell that every detail is taken care of, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Ideal for relaxing, enjoying nature and sharing good times. The village, the house by the river, the views, it seemed like you were sleeping in the forest but with all the amenities, absolutely charming and 100% recommended. Josep is charming and recommended many beautiful and easily accessible routes. We had a lovely family weekend.

The stay we had as a family with kids was incredible. Everything was very clean and well-equipped to spend a few days in winter. Floren was very kind and attentive and let us ride the horse. An amazing experience with kids.

Totally recommendable. It was a stay with friends and children. The kids really enjoyed it because they had so much ground and space to play. The house is very large and clean. We enjoyed many of the tranquility of the stay, and the views. Fully equipped.

Great with Eliseo, we had a couple of things in the house and he solved them right away, very attentive with us and close, and if you wanted to order some food or anything he always gave you a solution, and the house was spectacular, we were a group of 20 and without problems, the spaces very wide and very careful everything, the spectacular pool, the shame is that we could not take advantage of it more for the time, in short a very recommended corner.

The house was exceptional. Plenty of space for a huge family holiday (13 of us). We took two cars and there was plenty of parking. The hpuse had plenty of amenities and felt like a home away from home. We got to exlore the local town, do hiking, offeoading up the mountains and spent plenty of time down at the Valencian beaches and old town. A really wonderful holiday which we thoroughly recommend for all.

Had a wonderful holiday in a quiet area. Supermarket easy to reach by car, lots of nature in the area. The cottage was neat and tidy, nice and cool inside when it is warm outside. Kitchen utensils and crockery were dirty left by the previous visitors to the cottage, for the rest everything was fine. Only the contact at the handover and the location went with someone who didn't speak English, that made it a little more difficult. Already with all a wonderful location.

I went with my partner to spend a couple days of disconnection and it was just what we needed. The house is wonderful, it improves even in person. Being with the fireplace, being able to cook in the spacious kitchen, the water in the hot shower, heating in the room and comfortable bed, and a private terrace ideal for a beer. In addition, Luis has been very attentive, he cooked us in his bar even though we arrived at 5 in the afternoon, everything is very rich, and his father also very attentive and kind. We definitely recommend, and we'll be back in autumn to enjoy the area in another season:)

We had the best time over three night. We ran out of time for all of the walks. We will definitely be back. The property was perfect. We loved to rural aesthetic and original touches. The view from the veranda was breathtaking.

We've been very comfortable. Peace of mind as we were looking for and it was very short for us. The site is great if what you are looking for is silence and laughing. We would come back without hesitation
