Located in a privileged area, between the Villages of Visconde de Mauá and Maringá, the house has a spacious American kitchen, living room, two comfortable bedrooms and excellent quality bed and bath linens. In addition to a private pond, the property has access to the Preto River. A special place to get away from the hustle and bustle of big cities and rest!
