At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. Chalet in an area of exuberant nature in Visconde de Mauá, a place for those who like to enjoy nature, waking up to the songs of birds and enjoying the privileged view of Maringá. The chalet is a 20-minute walk to the center and close to the Alcantilado waterfall, an excellent walk breathing fresh air and enjoying the animals along the way.
