 Located 900 meters from the center of Penedo, it has beautiful views of the entire city and the Mantiqueira Mountain and India. The chalet has: kitchen, living room, 2 suites, balconies in front with barbecue and back with a beautiful view. Two double beds, one single bed, refrigerator, stove, microwave TV, ceiling fans, blankets, coffee maker, sandwich maker, hammock and parking.
