The stay was just exceptional, better than any hotel! Mrs. Alba was aware of us 24/7, always attentive and willing to help at all times. It was definitely the best service I've ever experienced. I had never met such a serious, fulfilled and punctual person: every word he said, he complied with it literally. An experience inmejorable. REETRO SEGURISIMO!!

Everything was excellent. Very good spaces and very well taken advantage of. Everything worked just as she said. Just one little thing and it's that a little cement fell in the pool at the construction site they're doing next door. Very mild but we saw it fall. Otherwise excellent service and location. Everything is 8min from the place and you always answered us if you need anything.

It is a wonderful place, really much better than seen in the photos, it has very good internal and external space, the rooms are large and comfortable just like the common areas, the pool is really huge, my pets were able to enjoy nature a lot, in general we spent a few very pleasant days as a family. We'll be back for sure!!!

It is a place to rest and disconnect, Luis and Luz are excellent hosts always waiting to offer all the information to take advantage of Villavicencio and its surroundings and the house offers everything you need for a great vacation. We'll definitely be back!

I really liked the place, it is very close to the city, easy access to the house, super easy arrival instructions, immediate communication with the host, we had a great time in our rest, a very quiet place to spend as a family, good ventilation despite the weather was very cool the atmosphere, everything was very clean upon our arrival, we enjoyed the pool which has a good location since it gives shade and sun which allows you to relax, thank you Mrs. Eda for welcoming us into your home, I recommend this place

Good morning the accommodation is very nice, the only thing is that the wifi is malito and the light went out all morning.

The house has spacious spaces, Juan was super attentive to coordinate the delivery of the property, Mrs. Esperanza is super attentive to what one needs, the pool is very clean, the place is removed so you must take everything that one requires, in general very well, everything is very nice, they allow the entry of pets, the property is fully closed so there is no problem leaving the pet loose.

The place is just like the photos, getting there is very easy since it is on the edge of the road. Very close to Cumaral and Restrepo, the rooms and bathrooms very clean, the pool is great. The walk that helped us coordinate Jaime was very chévere, the kitchen is very well equipped, the internet is 30megas but it works perfect for having 2 or maximum 3 devices connected simultaneously. It was a great stay and hopefully I can come back some day.

Unbeatable! Beautiful apartment, nice and modern, super well located, fresh, illuminated, its balcony faces the front of a reservation so it feels wonderful, like in the countryside. It has its own covered parking lot, the staff of the group is very friendly. In the area there is everything. next to a shopping center. I would come back without hesitation.

Comfortable, quiet and the house is much prettier than the photos, everything is excellent and perfect, I will not hesitate to return 10/10
