You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

"The 24" in the Hoher Fläming

Not far from the Hagelberg, the highest elevation in the state of Brandenburg, you will find our small, lovingly ecologically fully renovated vacation home. Cool in summer, warm in winter, thanks to clay walls and cellulose insulation. The water is heated by solar thermal energy; if the sun is not enough for heating, wood pellets are used. There is enough space for four people. Welcome for families, couples, assembly workers. Pets are NOT allowed.

Since Tucheim is close to the Elbe Cycle Route, the accommodation is also ideal for cyclists. But our apartment is also a cozy accommodation and quiet overnight stay for business travelers and fitters.
