The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbours and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Welcome to Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. We have equipped the apartments as we would like them to be for our holiday. A very cosy living and dining area with an open kitchen and fireplace, a spacious bathroom, a sauna, a box spring bed in the master bedroom and a box spring bed in the second bedroom. The apartment has one of the most beautiful balconies in the Middle Moselle. We also provide you with electric bikes to explore our beautiful landscape.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
