Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our "cottage" is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house, as part of an old mill yard! We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbours and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. It is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building.
