My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic vacation home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the swimming area. There is a boathouse with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Welcome to our quiet, uckermarkian cottage. The house is perfect for family get-togethers and small groups. The 200 year old pisé home offers all modern comforts, including a full kitchen, heating, wi-fi, and a furnace. It is located amidst a 3000 square meter charmingly wild garden with fruit trees, a barbecue spot, a tree house, a trampoline and a sandbox. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre near the lake with bathing facilities. It is about 5 km to the A24 motorway. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of cycle paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
