Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rhode Island

The house was perfect for our large group with a lot of beds and space! It was very spacious and in a great location- about a 15 minute drive from downtown. The yard had a ton of space as well.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Our family group which included 3 generations were all very pleased with this lovely older home. With 13 total we had plenty of room to gather both inside and out. The pool table and hot tub were fun to play and occupy when at home. With 4 full baths there was no waiting in line. Everyone enjoyed the super comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and seating. Views of the bay, the many boats and lots of local fishing. Even in the rain we were easily amused. So much to do and see in Newport. Especially enjoyed the elephant migration along the cliff walk. Chris was a great host. We had few questions and no real concerns. He answered texts very quickly. We would highly recommend this home and host to any large group or family.

Robertas’s property was incredible. It’s everything you need and more. From the back deck, to the pool/hot tub, and of course the beautiful dock on the river. She was very communicative throughout the process and was helpful in any question I had. I would recommend everybody to check this spot out, you won’t regret it

The location was ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ easy walk to all surrounding restaurants and bars! Place was clean and comfortable, kitchen was not really stocked but we stayed one night and didn’t need to use the kitchen. Staff communicated via text and were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, we definitely would stay again!

The house was perfect for three adults and one dog! Having direct access to the beach in the back yard was a dream for our water loving Labrador. We would love to come back in the future.

The rustic retreat was a cozy vintage inspired house that felt very homey. It was 5 minutes from great coffee shops and downtown Newport. It was great to be able to bring our dog. My daughter loved the secret bamboo garden ‘room’. Would definitely stay again. Lillian was very hospitable! Thank you!

This is my second time staying at one of Nancy’s properties, and just like before, it was a great experience. She is an excellent host that's always so responsive. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and just as comfortable as my previous stay at her other property. I really appreciate her attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend!

We loved this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. One of the bedrooms had lots of books which the kids loved. The kitchen had almost everything you’d need to make meals. We made quite a few! The record player is great. The couch is so comfy. We would totally stay here again!

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful home and host. Check in was easy and flexible as we weren't sure when we'd arrive. We were greeted by all the fixings for stores and everything was well stocked. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean as was the pool in the backyard. We had everything we needed and Tricia gave us great local recommendations for shopping, food and things to do. Would highly recommend if you're traveling to the area with a group/family.

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with the feel of home or bed and breakfast. Clark and Galen have put a lot of love and thought into the setup. We enjoyed the available continental breakfast and kitchenette area, as well as the clean pool and hammock surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hosts were very attentive and available from start to finish.

We stayed for Folkfest. Close to the ferry to Fort Adams, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Andrew was a very responsive host. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Andrew!
