Our personal fav is the bright white seasonal sunroom with windows throughout attached to a walkout private deck with views of Newport Harbor. Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Expect traditional features and quirks of an older property in our former home that we loved and enjoyed. A healthy walk to beaches, bars/ eateries, a short drive to Newport and a central location for everything the island has to offer!
