Beautiful and quietly located on the outskirts of the village in the cozy wooden house, yard 2021 for private use. Consisting of a living/bedroom with TV and fast Wi-Fi. 1 room with a small kitchenette. 1 separate, small bathroom with shower and toilet. Carport / terrace with cozy garden furniture and wide views of nature. The rental price includes electricity, heating, hot water and fast WiFi. Final cleaning is included with normal use! Self check-in with a lockbox is possible.

Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
