It can also accommodate up to 4 people, is about 55 m² and barrier-free. The Unsleben water castle, grocery stores and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (about 100 m). With a distance of about 8 km to Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale and Mellrichstadt, the apartment is optimally connected by transport.

On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.
