On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living area with a rocking chair and pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a rock bath with a rain shower.

Das Wasserschloss steht am Ortsrand von Irmelshausen, einem typisch fränkischem Dorf mit Kirche, Fachwerkhäusern in der Öko-Modellregion Rhön-Grabfeld. Die Apartements befinden sich im Schloss Irmelshausen, einem besonders historischem Ambiente. Im Schlosspark kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe genießen. Kinder können dort das Spielhaus, den Sandkasten, die Nestschaukel oder die Slagline und das Trampolin zum toben benutzen, die Erwachsenen ein Buch auf den Daybeds lesen.

The ground floor apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the Konrad-Zuse city of Hünfeld. It is 500 m to an outdoor swimming pool and 400 m to the Haselsee recreational park. The city center of Hünfeld with its cafés, shopping and restaurants can be reached through the Bürgerpark in approx. 15-minute walk. The nearby Rhön with its biosphere reserve as well as the ski and toboggan arena on the Wasserkuppe are about 35 minutes. Fulda is about 15 minutes by car.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

We are delighted to welcome our holiday guests to the Brandmühle! Our newly completed holiday apartment is located in the middle of an old mill estate, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Lauertal. With great attention to detail and in keeping with the motto 'Old meets New', we transformed an old barn into a cosy holiday retreat.

Am Fuße des Frauenbergs, direkt an der Fulda, vermieten wir eine 2021 sanierte Ferienwohnung in unserer historischen Wassermühle. Die Mühle liegt im Fuldaer Stadtteil Horas — nicht in der Innenstadt, aber mit allem, was man braucht: Supermarkt, Bäcker und Apotheke sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
