Former hunting lodge of Queen Margot, 6 km from the A75, the Château de la Vernède welcomes you to the Séquoia room: twin beds, beautiful view of the park, shower in the turret. Modest in size but cozy, it is ideal for a short stopover in Auvergne. Hearty breakfast (homemade jams, bread and croissants from the village, cheese) included. Dogs and cats welcome! In September, don't miss the King of the Birds festival. Le Puy is one of the starting points for the Camino de Santiago, it is a beautiful city, rich in history.
