The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

The kitchen area features a wooden island with seating, complemented by pendant lighting above. A clean, modern design is evident with cabinets and countertops, while large windows offer natural light and views of the outdoor space. A relaxed atmosphere is created by simple décor.
