The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Recently restored and equipped with all amenities, also a jacuzzi, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation with stunning views of the Medieval City of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 4 people. At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

You will be welcomed in the heart of nature preserved in an old sheepfold renovated into atypical accommodation. Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.
