Le Moulin de Papalis: a place to recharge

Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for a family of 4 in a quiet residential area. Located less than 500 m from the city center of Ribérac, close to all amenities (banks, Proxy, doctors, cinema, municipal swimming pool, Media library, market, bakery, butcher shop, greengrocer, etc.). Supermarkets (Leclerc, Intermarché, Lidl) about 2 km away. Large market, every Friday in the main square in front of the Tourist Office; farmers' market on Tuesday mornings.

View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
