Vaulted ceiling, sky lights, extra large windows and a sliding glass door (leading to a balcony) make for a very bright and comfortable space! Walk in closet, full bathroom (2 sinks) and a brand new king-size bed. Kitchenette area that has refrigerator/freezer, new coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and 2-burner cooktop suitable for simple meal cooking. Private entrance.

Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Electric fireplace to gather around after a long day playing in the snow. Large movie collection for stay at home days. Keurig machine for fresh coffee in the morning or some hot chocolate. 30 minutes to Stowe, Burlington and Montpelier. Lots of places to eat and shop within 30 minutes. Beautiful Mountain Views, Rustic Family Homestead

The guest suite is on the top floor of our family home. We live on the lower level. This property has been in the family since the 1940s when it was a working farm. Much has happened between then and now, we are now restoring and reclaiming the farmland and property. So yes it is mostly quiet and rural here, but also there are kids playing, tractors and tools running sometimes, and goats, hens, ducks, geese and dogs.

Enjoy summer living in Richmond, one of Vermont’s greatest recreation hubs. Only 20 mins from Burlington, and 35 from the major ski resorts. This is true village living where everything is in walking distance (market, coffee shop, restaurants, park, river.) This apartment is located on the second floor, you must be able to walk up and down 1 flight of stairs.
