Apartment holiday rentals in Richmond

We had a lovely stay at Jeremy‘s and Cheryl’s place. It is conveniently located, a few minutes walk from the Southern Cross station and accessible free tram to the inner cities. You can also walk to the Marvel stadium if you are there to attend concerts. There’s also a Woolies at the station and options for fast food if you are hungry at night. Being on a high floor, you get a beautiful view of the city from the balcony and the rooms especially at night. Thank you Jeremy & Cheryl for your hospitality, we appreciate you ensuring our comfort during our stay & we look forward to returning.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Philipa’s Airbnb. Philipa is a good host . The view of her apartment is fabulous, especially at night . You can enjoy sunset too from the balcony . We love that the tram stop is just in front of the building .

Great location and easy walk to restaurants and bars coffee shops. Room is compact and lovely linen a towels has everything u need. Would definitely stay again for the location an affordability. Great communication with Marcus. Thanks so much.

Good place, nice view , near city (15 minutes walk in) . The place very clean, cozy, and homey. I love this place 🩷. Will come back to stay in this place again when travel to melb! Very recommended!

Wonderful place and probably one of the best locations in Melbourne. Was lovely to be greeted by Sonia and the place was spotless. Tried to extend my stay even longer but unfortunately somebody had already booked but will definitely be back again!

Unbeatable location and views from the balcony, and Tamar was so helpful. I would have missed the incredible outlook for the Moomba Festival fireworks if she hadn’t dropped me a line, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Everything I needed in the flat and I had a great stay here. If you’re a light sleeper the city noises could be an issue (there’s a lot of construction around too) but this didn’t worry me so much. Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Úna's place is lovely and exactly as advertised/pictured. It was conveniently located to shops, restaurants/cafés and the beach. We would definitely stay at Úna's place again. Highly recommend.

Such a perfect little apartment! It made us want to stay longer. So many beautiful little touches to the place that you just don’t find anywhere else. It was quiet, peaceful and easy to get around the city from where it is located. The host was friendly and made everything easier and even let us know when the room was ready so we could check in early! We will be back! Genuinely the nicest air bnb i’ve ever stayed in ❤️

What an absolute gem of a place and a person. Both Mia and her apartment are wonderful. Mia’s response times and sorting out the apartment so we could move in same day after weather conditions changed out plans, was incredible. Super friendly and proactive. The cleaning lady Maria who welcomed us aswell was the loveliest lady with very high standards for her work. Much appreciated that she was able to come in at such short notice. The apartment was a dream. Just a great vibe, lovely sunny balcony, everything you could need the kitchen, from utensils, a nutribullet to loads of cooking spices and herbs. The decor and layout of apartment is modern and soothing with lots of plants. The bed is super comfy and the shower has great pressure. The walk to the beach is about 3-4 minutes. Perfect beach. Have to walk for a few minutes more for a cafe or beach bar. St kinda beach is 20mins away on the tram or bus with lots of bar and restaurant options too. Melbourne city is the same distance too.

We loved Amy’s Place so much we came back for another week after a trip elsewhere. As before, the apartment was spotless, welcoming and well provisioned. Lovely toiletries provided and, unusually for rentals, the pillows were excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again next time we visit Oz.

Luke and Emi's place was the perfect place to land in Melbourne. Well located, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach!!! Super quiet at the same time. Comfy bed and nice shower. Luke and Em were always responsive and really helpful. We would definitely come back :)

Very nice central spot. Close to restaurants and eateries. Short trip to St Kilda or anywhere on the east side. Place was clean and amenities were sufficient.

Lovely place to stay. Loved the floor to ceiling windows - the views are spectacular. Apartment was VERY clean & well supplied - probably the only (& very very minor) issue would be that there wasn’t any long life milk in the fridge for a morning cuppa to enjoy whilst soaking up the views! All in all it was a very lovely apartment - outstanding 10/10. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with this apartment in Melbourne. Its location is great, as it is walkable to many attractive spots and within the free tram zone. The host is proactive and always responds on time. I highly recommend it.

Great stay with parking, gym and pool! Has everything you need (plus there is a great Vietnamese street-food cafe across the road). The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Thank you!

Deb and Rob were wonderful hosts! The apartment was excellent with amazing views and every single amenity imaginable. Not only was it was a nice place to be but it was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable and noise from the busy roads outside barely audible from inside! One of my biggest pet peeves in high rises like this is how loud they can be, but this one was super quiet and the aircon was quiet which made for a really good night sleep. If I need to come to Melbourne with a group I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is awesome! If I ever need to be in the Southbank area again this would be my first choice!

We had a fantastic stay at Peter and Kiki’s place. Superb accommodation, all amenities were very well stocked. The bedrooms were well furnished, very comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you needed and more. Perfect location for central Melbourne and stunning views. Will definitely stay again.
