Townhome holiday rentals in Richmond

It was convenient location. Rooms had comfortable beds. Location of bathroom was a bit awkward but we made do. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Floors and stairs def could use a deep clean. We’d stay here again as hosts were very chill. We stayed 9 nights.

I highly recommend Lyndall’s home for your stay. We came from the US for my son’s wedding. The location was excellent just a few steps off Lygon to restaurants and tram stop in one direction and around corner to park and fabulous coffee shop with both savory and sweet bakery options that we visited daily during our stay. The main House has everything that you need, kitchen with large table for dining and all amenities for cooking. All beds very comfortable and baths and showers wonderful. Washer dryer was so nice! We rented the main house as well as guest suite in back which was perfect for us as we were 3 adults and 2 children. The guest suite was very comfortable with queen bed private bath. And was a wonderful place to retreat in the evening . The back yard space has a large table which we used everyday! Lyndall was an exceptional host from my first communication. We arrived to breakfast food in fridge, toys and books for our kiddo’s. She made us feel welcome, love to come back!

Lovely house in lovely area. Easily walkable to restaurants/cafes/ships etc. Bedrooms comfortable, had a really heavy quilt. Maybe not necessary for everyone. plenty room to move. Nice outdoor area even though it’s a tad small. Although a new carpet was just laid upstairs, the whole place needs a lick of paint. And cleaning needs to be better. Dust and cobwebs in high places and behind doors. Very noticeable. Toilets could do with and upgrade. The large bathroom upstairs could be doing with a new toilet bowl! It was caked in dirt. Bought rubber gloves and scourers to try clean it but it was caked on. Would have needed a hammer & chisel to get it off. Not pleasant. Kitchen area was ok, bit dusty above head level. Ice machine was on and we would not have used it, it was really dirty inside and needed a good clean. Water filter needed replacing in water container it was disgusting also. Could be a spectacular house instead of mediocre. Attention to detail & more cleaning needed.

Bright and cozy, with a fantastic location. Functional amenities and cool rooftop garden - this was a great place to stay in Melbourne. The kids enjoyed the local park and we enjoyed the local wine bar.

Lovely place with a walkable neighbourhood that was perfect for our larger group

This is a great place to stay for a family; plenty of living space downstairs and two living areas which is perfect for the kids. Spacious and nicely maintained we felt right at home. Short walk to Carlisle Street which is bustling with restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Easy to jump onto the tram and walk around. There’s also a kids playground at the end of the street for the kids so all round a great spot!

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to walk into Altona. The property was lovely and clean and was well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thanks again

The house was perfect for our family. The place was nice and new and was a good size. Walkable by 15 mins to the high street with lots of cafe and food. It was a nice quiet street and we felt safe there. Debbie was always responsive when we had any questions and was very helpful in accomodating a late check out for us.

I recently stayed at Jinny's's Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. [Host's Name] was extremely helpful and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. A great place to stay in vibrant Smith St Collingwood. So many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The classic terrace has been fitted out in a lovely style and the living space upstairs is a fabulous and spacious room. Kizzi & Michael were very friendly and responsive, helping out quickly to fix a small problem. Unexpected bonus was the courtyard with the basketball hoop.

If you need a place in South Melbourne, look no further! Incredible host, beautiful house and the beds are AMAZING! So comfy, I didn’t want to leave! A nice quiet street but also close to the hustle and bustle of South Melbourne. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hi Monika, Thank you for allowing us to use your townhouse for our long stay in Melbourne. It was perfectly positioned between Chadstone and Ringwood, well presented, spacious and fully equipped for our stay. Kitchen was a great size and needed nothing. Even had a coffee machine! Big bonus having a garage and off street parking as well! Was in such a quiet neighbourhood and close enough to Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and a great little Italian. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay there again if we do another stint in Melbourne. Thanks again. This home is welcoming, with quite a bit of space, and all the basic supplies (for example, enough crockery and so on, pots and pans, laundry and dishwashing detergent, shampoo, soap etc). It is in a convenient area, near public transport and shops. There’s open space and beach in reasonable walking distance. There is a garage (a bit tight to access/exit, but undercover and secure) and also reasonably good street parking.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here!! I would highly recommend staying, we felt so comfortable here as the house is amazing and the neighborhood is so calm and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with was a huge plus, the kitchen was full equipped with everything you would ever need, and the living room was so comfortable for movie watching. An added bonus was the beautiful office space which was perfect for us since we both work remotely. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I would definitely come back!!

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to the city and many venues nearby in Port Melbourne. Very close proximity to Marvel Stadium, perfect for our event there.

Great, spacious apartment in a quieter part of Northcote. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back for sure!

Great location with lots of cafes, restaurants & supermarket all within a few minutes walk. Apartment was tidy with basic items such as body wash, shampoo, tea & coffee. Staircase was a wild steep spiral staircase which was all good for us but would not be ideal for those with low mobility. Kitchen had all necessary items set up for cooking. Could do with new towels in bathrooms as they were white & had stains on them. Host communicated well, was very polite and gave clear instructions & was available to answer any questions :)

Beautiful victorian townhouse near CBD, our family enjoyed our stay very much. Cara is super responsive to our message and inquiries making our stay memorable while in Melbourne. Walking distance to the wolly, coffee shops (brunetti) and various options of great restaurants.
