The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Welcome to Val de Lixhe! You can stay in a private part of the house including: a bedroom, a kitchen, a separate bathroom-shower and toilet. This quiet place, on the banks of the Meuse (non-navigable section) along the RAVEL is easily accessible by bicycle or car. Onze gasten kunnen in alle rust en privacy verblijven in het achterste deel van onze ecologisch gerenoveerde langgevelhoeve uit 1851. De hoeve heeft een 1 ha grote kindvriendelijke tuin met biologische moestuin, hoogstamboomgaard, geiten- en schapenweide, hooiland,stro-lemen stal. De omgeving is een wandel en fietsparadijs tussen rijkelijke kastelen, boomgaarden , weilanden en mooie haspengouwse dorpjes.

Conveniently located to visit Liège, the Herve Region, the Ardennes, Maastricht and its surroundings, Aachen... We provide you with a fully equipped studio (25 m²) in a part of our house. The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
