Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

Koselau is the ideal starting point for hikers with or without four-legged friends, cyclists, swimmers (Baltic Sea, forest swimming pool 10 minutes away) or just nature lovers. An oasis in the countryside and yet central, A1 in 5 min, ferry in Puttgarden in 35 min. and many seaside resorts in 10 min. driving time.

For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

In Bewertungen / Emails: ... euer Haus ist ein absoluter Traum! ... das Haus ist einfach schnuckelig und die Lage kaum zu toppen! ... das Gelände um das Haus ist noch viel uriger und schöner als es ein Bild jemals darstellen könnte!

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Camper "The First"

We offer our caravan to all guests who love camping. The beach is 3 km away, shopping and a pharmacy are 1 km away. Two cheerful hosts with 2 dogs and lots of nature await you. The new wash house was newly built in 2021. (Hot water runs through a coin-operated machine. The coins can be bought from us). The caravan is a smoking caravan. You can also have drinks in our "smoking corner" with a cozy game of darts.

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. A great apartment close to the beach is offered for rent. The apartment is about 80 square meters, has two bedrooms with a total of 3 beds, a nice bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is spacious and cozy :-) Dahme is subject to spa tax! There is also a terrace under cherry trees!

Very nice apartment in a great, quiet residential area of Oldenburg located directly at the Oldenburg Quarry nature reserve. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house with a separate entrance via a spiral staircase and the associated balcony with seating area.
