This 40 m² holiday apartment, fully furnished and with its own terrace, is situated in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided farm. The two beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, and there is one 2 × 2 m sofa bed, which is very comfortable as a third bed. In 15 minutes, you can walk through the vineyards to Seußlitzer Castle; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our property; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . From 4 people: Wine tasting in our own wine cellar, parking and Bicycles and e-bikes free of charge.

Small apartment with a great history

You will stay in a small part of a large courtyard from the Renaissance period. From the floor-to-ceiling windows or at breakfast on the balcony, you have a good view of the beautifully designed courtyard. The courtyard was built around 1580 as the city residence of a family from the landed gentry. After the town hall, it has the widest street facade in the city. - The apartment is located in a part of the building where the servants were accommodated; the beds are in a small bedroom.

The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
