Furnished in a simple and elegant way, the white color and wood will make you feel immediately on vacation as soon as you enter the large living room. You will feel like you are on an island in Greece, with the false ceiling of beams and reeds, the concrete double bed as well as the TV cabinet and bathrooms. A simple but valuable home equipped with all possible amenities that can be managed through Alexa. A magnificent apartment!

The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

Peace & Quiet In A Tuscan Hill Top Discovery

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. A 3-minute drive from the village (Langhirano) with all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets). Quiet and surrounded by greenery. 20 km from Parma. Free parking. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of the main house, but it is completely independent. The parking and garden are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property
