Monthly Rentals in Rinchoa

The apartment is large and well located, very close to the metro, supermarket and pharmacy. I found vacancies every day and had no difficulty. The location is full of immigrants, almost not to see Portuguese. No one bothered us and we didn't have any kind of trouble. The stay from start to finish was quiet. The owners of the apartment are extremely polite and attentive, any time you message them immediately.

Isabel and Fernando are super responsive, friendly and generous. They came to pick up laundry sheets/towels every week, and always bring enough supply. they also gave us local recommendations such as local event, good wines, and the pastry store. the location is very convenient with supermarket and train station near by. A pleasant stay.

the apartment is very bright, everything is tidy and everything working perfectly. I felt very comfortable and mainly Ana's attention was very kind and because she had availability she allowed me to be in the apartment a few more hours to be able to go to the airport at the time I needed. This type of attitudes is very appreciated so she would come back again and it is also very recommended
