Im Dorf befinden sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft (VOLG), Bankautomaten sowie eine Postautohaltestelle – alle bequem in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein Idealer Ausgangspunkt für: Skifahren,Schneeschuhlaufen,Langlaufen,Wandern, Biken, Tennishalle, Indoorklettern. Tagesausflüge nach Bern/Interlaken/Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen oder Gstaad sind innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar.

We guarantee the tenants an unforgettable vacation with valuable tips for excursions and hikes. Ideal for 2 people, possibly with toddler. Du wohnst in der wunderschönen Wohnung eines denkmalgeschützten Hauses, mitten in der Landwirtschaftszone. Das Haus ist Bestandteil eines Bauernhofes, welcher seit 2018 verpachtet ist.Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut als Retreat. In der Küche sind Basisprdukte zum Kochen bereit. Im nebenstehenden Atelier wird Musik gemacht, Coachings und mehr angeboten. Möglichkeiten für Wintersport befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Schönes Wandergebiet. Der Thunersee zum Baden ist sehr gut erreichbar.

Das Studio (ca. 30m2, ein grosser Raum) mit grosser Terasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge, liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Es ist durch einen eigenen Zugang erreichbar. Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.
