Di recente costruzione e dotata di tutti i comfort, è l'ideale per chi cerca un alloggio comodo che garantisca privacy e intimità. Località vicine raggiungibili in auto: - Teulada, 30 min. ad Ovest; - Chia e Pula a circa 15 e 20 minuti ad Est.

In S'acqua Callenti De Basciu, the villa "Rossu" offers you an excellent view of the mountains. Located in a quiet area, the 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available on request. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Entire apartment with independent access, equipped with swimming pool, private parking and garden in a very quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the center, and 10 minutes by car from the main beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

We are in a strategic location, from which you can reach the most beautiful seaside and archaeological locations of Sulcis. Ideal for surfers, kite and wind surfers

Cozy house equipped with all comforts

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

Studio on the ground floor with wonderful garden where you can barbecue, eat and relax. We are in a strategic location halfway between Porto Pino and Sant'Antioco, from here you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful beaches of southwest Sardinia. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy it to the fullest because depending on the wind you can choose the most sheltered coast.
