Holiday rentals with breakfast in Rio Rancho

5 stars since our arrival! Brittany took into consideration my daughters 14th birthday! Upon entry, there was a happy birthday hanging with cupcakes, a card, and candles underneath! she communicated greatly and found lots of things for us to do in the area! was very happy with our stay at this beautiful home which was way more beautiful than the pics even showed! thank you Brittany!

Holbrook's home is a wonderful place to stay in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque. It is clean and bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Holbrook responds quickly to questions and/or concerns. The refrigerator was even stocked with breakfast items and beverages. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would happily book again.

Nice comfortable home close to where we wanted to be at The Pit and Embassy motel for the state basketball playoffs.

I highly recommend staying with Penny and her husband! They are truly great people that are so welcoming and kind. They have a beautiful house in a nice location that feels very safe. They are respectful of your space and privacy. I really enjoyed chatting with them for the night I could. I hope to come back and stay with them again

Just Wonderful!!!!! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated. Casa de Luz and Jane are both absolutely delightful. We had such a great time swimming and playing at Jane’s house. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather together or spread out depending on what we were in the mood for, and it’s only a quick 10 minutes to the grocery store and 25-30 into Albuquerque so we were close to anything we could have possibly needed during our stay. Jane’s hospitality is 10/10, she goes above and beyond and exemplifies the “mi casa, su casa” spirit. The hummingbirds and quail were constant visitors and a real treat to watch from the pool. I fell in love with NM on this trip, and I look forward to staying with Jane next time I’m here :)

Cara put on a master class for hosting an Airbnb. The house was immaculate and gorgeous. Every possible thing you could think of needing was conveniently available, down to the very last details. I traveled with my three kids and dog, and we felt so comfortable and at ease while there. If we need to return to the area, this would be our first choice of where we’d stay.

Absolutely magnificent home and incredible host. The space is so beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. Tall ceilings and big windows fill the space with light. The separate living room space and dining room area gave our group plenty of room to spread out with different activities. And our son fell in love with the downstairs media room. We also loved the outdoor living space and grill. But the absolute best part was the kitchen. Every element of it is such high quality and Alannah has stocked it with everything you need to feel right at home. I have never stayed at an Airbnb that has been so thoughtfully stocked with amenities and such high quality furnishings. Better than the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton. I can’t recommend this home highly enough!

Bruce was completely communicative, and helped us out above and beyond. This place was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hot tub that was indoors. We are local people who needed a staycation. The only thing I would say is read all the reviews… A person who is not from Albuquerque and familiar with the location might be unaware about the neighborhood. The rental itself is securely gated with a courtyard; the car isn’t gated, but I didn’t feel like my car was unsafe. If you need a place to lock yourself into for a couple of days or if you have a big group, this is perfect. It was way better value than a hotel room. Every thing was exactly what we needed. We needed a place that had a indoor hot tub and also allowed us to work remotely for a couple of days- this was exactly that. The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. Everything exactly as described. Thank you so much Bruce.

Erin was a great host very attentive! The location was very close to Old Town, looks just like the photos!

Lovely stay in a quiet, private space close to Old Town, the Bosque (for daily walking and cycling), and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Erin was so easy to communicate with, she was responsive when we had questions and respectful of our privacy. I highly recommend this comfortable space; it's large enough for 2 people - and more if it's a short stay. Parking is easy, but you can also leave your car behind as it's a pretty walkable area.

This is such a beautiful stay by an amazing couple… They go above and beyond for you! Their place you will not be sorry!!! From the private views you get from there beautiful property, too they’re extremely comfortable beds, amenities, made to order breakfast and all the little touches. This is a little slice of heaven.

Al and Ruriko were personable, caring, and attentive toward my mom, and welcoming to both of us. Although my mom and I had our person space, we felt at home in their living space. Ruriko was extremely kind. She made us hot tea in the afternoon which accompanied a special sweet treat (my mom loves sweets so this was perfect after a long morning at the balloon festival). The room was perfect for my mom and I. The room was clean with plenty of space to move around. The outdoor patio has a gorgeous and breathtaking view of Albuquerque and the Sandia mountains with a view of the Rio Grande as well. This is my second time staying here. We plan to stay next year. Thank you both for your friendship.

Great for me & my guests one night stay, room has lots of space and easy parking lot! Area has doggy bags and lots of space for animals :-) The bed was super comfy and clean, and super helpful staff & front desk

Super special place full of New Mexican charm and cozy, lovely vibes. Wonderful place for those looking for a retreat in the quiet, agricultural part of town under stars and enjoying the sauna, hot tub, and community spaces. The hosts are kind, responsive, genuine, and down-to-earth. Highly recommend! Great for groups looking to spend time together. Would return and glowingly recommend to friends and family.

My friend and I stayed in the Anna room for this year's balloon fiesta. Al and Ruriko were very friendly and helpful with our travel plans and the house was very quiet and relaxing. The view of the city and mountains was an added bonus. The best surprise that wasn't included in the listing is that the Anna room has its own full bathroom and a mini fridge, allowing my friend and I to have lots of privacy. The Anna room is also at the end of a hallway with a door to the outside so we rarely ran into any of the other guests. I will definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Albuquerque.

Beautiful home, clean with great views. Would most definitely recommend no issues whatsoever! Amanda was awesome & very responsive for a last minute booking and flexible, check-in hours.

We had a great Spring break mini vacay with our school aged boys and our puppy. The house is clean and comfortable. The yard is so much fun and the deck and views are Amazing. Amanda was responsive and supportive even during a violent wind Storm and power outage. we look forward to a return visit!
